Why We Exist

At The Delia Foundation, we believe every child deserves to be seen, supported, and celebrated — no matter where they were born or what challenges they face.
From rural Romania to Arizona, we serve children with intellectual and developmental disabilities through education, therapy, and hands-on compassion.

Our programs nurture the whole child — providing nutrition, tutoring, emotional support, and creative therapies that help kids build confidence and a sense of belonging.
